Founder’s Story

I’m Arshia Hussain, Founder of Mustaqbil Bridge and a dedicated HR professional with a deep passion for people development. My journey began with challenges many young professionals face limited guidance, unclear direction, and missed opportunities. When I started my career, I lacked access to proper mentorship and career counseling, which often led to confusion and setbacks. By coincidence, I entered the field of Human Resources when my preferred program had no available seats but that twist of fate revealed my true calling.

Over time, I discovered my strength in understanding people, managing teams, and helping others unlock their potential. The obstacles I encountered from multiple interview rejections to delayed internships strengthened my resolve to create something meaningful for the youth.

That vision took shape as Mustaqbil Bridge an initiative designed to connect education with industry, guidance with opportunity, and ambition with achievement. Through Mustaqbil Bridge, I aim to ensure that every young individual finds the right direction at the right time empowering them to build purposeful and confident futures.

Idea Behind the Logo

Understanding the symbolism and meaning behind Mustaqbil Bridge

The Core Idea

The core idea behind the Mustaqbil Bridge logo is to visually express growth and connection, which are central to the platform's name and mission.

"Mustaqbil" symbolizes Mustaqbil, growth, and achievement, while "Bridge" represents connection, support, and contribution. The logo merges these ideas by creatively shaping the letter 'M' into a stylized bridge, with arches to reflect structural support and flow. On top of the bridge, three circular figures represent a group of people — symbolizing community and unity. The upward tilt of the bridge suggests progress, movement, and forward momentum.

The typeface used is Newslab, with slight customizations to harmonize with the visual elements.
